Delivery Information

All orders will be notified by email upon confirmation. Ready made order(s) will be processed and delivered within 2 to 6 working days upon verification of payment. International deliveries may take up to 7 working days depending on your location. Custom-made order(s) will be processed and delivered upon completion and approval by you. All shipments are insured. 

All orders will be delivered during working hours, excluding weekends and local public holidays.

All orders will be notified by email with tracking number upon delivery, please check your junk/spam mail incase the email is there. 

For international orders, any customs or import duties charged on the parcel shall be borne by the recipient.

We shall deliver the order(s) to the address provided, it is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct and someone is available to sign and accept the order parcel. We do not deliver to P.O. Box address.

All product(s) is checked before delivery. We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of the order(s) during the delivery process by our courier service provider. For any discrepancies of your order which include but not limited to defective, incorrect sizing, late delivery, a notification email or WhatsApp must be sent within 7 days from the delivery date/ delivery arrival date, whichever apply. We shall hold no liability for any discrepancies after 7 days from the delivery date/ delivery arrival date, whichever apply.

Any repeat delivery costs shall be borne by the customer. Any unclaimed bounced back order(s) shall be forfeited after 30 days grace period.

You are advised to check on your country’s rules and legislations pertaining to the purchase and delivery of our product(s). We shall hold no liability for any violation of law.
